The Board is proposing a series of changes to the Society’s Bylaws, specifically amending Article X, which speaks to Membership in the Society (redline of the proposed changes is available HERE and was provided at our 9/2018 quarterly meeting).
As a reminder, our Bylaws can be amended by a vote of two-thirds of the Members present at any regular meeting. That vote will take place at our next quarterly meeting on January 15, 2019.
