THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (THIS “AGREEMENT”) IS BETWEEN THE SOCIETY OF THE FRIENDLY SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF ST. PATRICK (THE “FSSP”) AND YOU.
- All sales are final. Merchandise purchased through website or in person via Friendly Sons and Daughters representative may NOT be returned.
Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, date of event, and/or transaction number
- Refunds will be issued by check.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
- Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is 14 business days before the event.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline
These above policies apply to all FSSP events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials.
